Planning Packages

Choose your scope

Four-Hour Concierge Package

$800 Four total hours of planning and coordination

For focused requests such as a client dinner, anniversary celebration, or local lifestyle assistance.

Your agreed scope may include research, recommendations, reservation requests, vendor coordination, and defined support within the four-hour allowance.

Eight-Hour Concierge Package

$1,500 Eight total hours of planning and coordination

For a private Miami weekend, visiting-client itinerary, or celebration involving several coordinated elements.

One personalized itinerary for one agreed visit or occasion.
Up to three agreed arrangements, such as dining, an activity, and transportation.
One consolidated revision round within the included hours.
Vendor communication and reservation coordination.
A final digital itinerary with confirmed details and relevant contacts.
Support during the service hours agreed in your proposal.

All consultation, research, communications, revisions, and coordination count toward the eight-hour allowance. Arrangements remain subject to availability and must fit within the purchased hours.

Additional Planning Time: $200 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments. We will notify you and obtain approval before undertaking work beyond your purchased hours. Package hours must be used within 60 days of purchase unless extended in writing.

Your Concierge Fee & Experience Costs

What’s included

Your concierge fee covers Miami Muse’s professional planning and coordination services.

Supplier expenses are paid separately. Dining, transportation, tickets, accommodations, activities, venue minimums, deposits, taxes, and gratuities are additional.

Supplier costs require your approval before commitments are made. Availability, pricing, admission, and reservations are subject to supplier confirmation.

On-site hosting, continuous attendance, and 24-hour availability are not included unless expressly outlined in a separate written scope.

How to Confirm Your Engagement

Three simple steps

1. Complete your private intake

Share your dates, occasion, guest count, preferences, and anticipated experience budget.

2. Review and accept your proposal and accompanying terms

Your personalized proposal confirms your scope, package, fee, and support arrangements.

3. Pay through your secure invoice

Pay the applicable concierge fee—$800 for four hours or $1,500 for eight hours—through the secure invoice provided directly to you.

Planning begins after acceptance and full payment.

Supplier payments and cancellation policies are separate. Please review the full Client Services Agreement provided with your proposal.
